Just finished Chopra's book "Quantum
Healing" in which he talks about Ayurveda a lot. I am very
interested in learning how to practice it but don't know what
to read or whom to ask about it. I live in Arkansas, too far
from either coast where, it seems, all the learning lurks.
How does one learn to "do it"? How
do I find a local practitioner/guru, if there is one.
