Our diagnostics
currently do not indicate molecular/cellular imbalances. Have
you considered tests for Toxic chemical/metal accumulation- Clifford
Materials Evaluation test, Apoptosis, Elemental Hair/Fecal contamination, etc.?
MRI show structural aspects brain-PET & SPECT show functional
where many insidious accumulations of substances over a life
time bind themselves to the hypothalamus/pituitary axis in the
basal ganglia creating many neuro/muscular/endocrine-entire systemic
affects - have alot more suggestions if your interested. I am
beginning a Cultural Transformation Network. Looking forward
to hearing from you.

Dear Tricia,
There are many complimentary therapies that could assist you
in reversing your symptoms. As a certified reflexologist, I can
say that competent reflexology can work wonders on the conditions
that you describe especially when followed by acupressure. Opening
up blocked energy pathways can give you the relief you are looking
for. In my practice, I always present a full Naturopathic program
along with the therapies which enhances the healing process.
One therapy above all else that I believe would help you is CranioSacral
Therapy when performed by a highly trained, competent therapist.
I offer this therapy as well. You didn't say where you were from,
but I wish you well with your search and for your healing. God
Bless

Dear Tricia; When all else fails
(in the realm of neurology, physiology, chiropractic etc.) -
then try the exotic and peculiar, such as: repositioning chakras
that are off-line, taking your very precise constitutional homeopathic
remedy or ruling out implants) by extra-terrestials... these
sound crazy, but they are more common than most of us realize.
Hopping from one theory to the other and from one therapist to
the next may be costly in time, effort, energy and money, so
it is best to do the test that can pinpoint the actual CAUSES
with great precision, and get rid of the problem once and for
all. Holistic Testing is done in person (in NYC) and HOLOGRAPHIC
TESTING is done from far (through a hair sample or a few drops
of blood). Read www.naturaltherapy.com for more details. Quantum
Therapy can help you overcome the problem once the exact causes
are identified. Your health and quality of life are too precious
to submit to guesswork. Read the book on Multi-Dimensional Testing
and on Quantum Therapy ("Anything Less is a Compromise")to
get deeper insight.
With blessings for perfect health,

Are you on a conscious path of spiritual living?
Do you have pangs of being a healer? There may be an impulse
from within calling your attention to explore hands-on healing.
Also, the feet & legs take us places, indicating
direction. The hands are doers, we get things done. Are you moving
in the direction that's right for you and doing what needs to
be done for your happiness and wellbeing?
I'd be pleased to explore the metaphors of
your symptoms through the email address above.
Blessings,

From my experience in working with the human
body, it sounds like there is a contraction deep inside the body
somewhere that is causing pressure on the nerves. As the body
is an intricate network, anything being out of alignment by even
a millimeter causes stress and tension throughout the entire
body. I would highly recommend working with an accupunturist,
or someone who is familiar with "unwinding" bodywork.
As I do not know where you are located, I
cannot recommend anyone, but if you send me your location, I
can try to locate someone for you. In the meantime, you have
received some excellent advice from the replies.

Consult your healthcare provider, a knowledgeable
massage therapist , or physical therapist. They should be able
to give you some excellent positional suggestions for sleeping,
driving, desk sitting, etc that may be more ergonomically helpful
for you.
Consider contacting a Certified Reflexologist
(CR) - describe your symptoms and SEE HIM/HER. (Listings of Local
CRs are avail. from the International Institute of Reflexology,
St. Petersburg, FL)
Be Well. Best Regards

I suffered from Carpal Tunnel syndrome for
many years, which has the same symptoms. FINALLY, after many
different approaches, I found that so many of the food substances
I was eating, I had an intolerance to. Try cutting out the caffeine,
sugar, alcohol, and all gluten & dairy products. Stay away from
spicy foods and eat pineapple (it has bromelaid, a natural anti-inflammatory).
Elimination of toxic foods cured my carpal
tunnel. I also receive weekly massages & energy work.
Acupuncture was helpful for immediate, but
temporary relief.
Good luck!

Your symptoms from what you disclose
indicate perhaps a neuropathy. Without all the facts I would
add that you consider eating warming foods for the cold symptoms.
These include root vegetables yellow in color like turnip parsnip
and fruits that grow near to the sun. apples oranges etc. However
for the tingling you might add a good multi vitamin; include,
B1, B6, Niacin and eat foods containing these micro nutrients,
Whole wheat bread, Brown rice and grains that have been unatenuated.
Ginger is warming as is Ginseng and certain spices.

Sometimes it's an indication
of sugar diabetes, and both are indicative of poor circulation
and poor diet. So stop the sugar, caffeine, alcohol, eat lots
of dark green veggies! cut down the carbs. And so important,
EXERCISE, work the heart rate, work up a sweat for at least ten
minutes a day. Get regular DEEP intensive massage by someone
who really knows how to work with meridians, and learn to breath.
Take a breath workshop or better, do Anada YOGA to do all of
the above and connect spiritually which is always the cause of
any dis-ease!
Good luck and GOD BLESS YOU.

I had something similar and
it was tension (or stress). If the back/shoulder muscles are
tight and tense this can cause a restriction in the flow of your
body energy (chi). I went to an acupuncturist and after several
sessions, it was cleared up.
Here is simple exercise to try. This is to bring more energy
(chi) into your body and to move any tension or stress out. Begin---Sit
upright, take a few breaths in/out and feel your body relax.
Image#1---Invite golden healing light into the top of
your head. See that light moving from the top of your head moving
down your body, flowing through your spine all the way down towards
your feet, and out.
Image#2---Continue breathing, relaxing, then invite golden
light to come up from the bottom of your feet and to move to
the top head, and out.
Combine Image#1 & Image #2---As you continue breathing,
relaxing, see the light coming in from the top of your head and
moving down your spine towards your feet AND also, see the light
coming in from the bottom of your feet and moving to the top
of your head. This is your grounding cord. Now, as you continue
relaxing and breathing, notice any places that feel tense. If
it is in your back, breath light and energy into that area. And
as you breath light and energy into that area, see it expanding
and filling your entire body. Breath out all the tension or soreness
out through your arms and out through your finger tips.
Conclusion: I hope this helps, please call or email me
if you have any questions.

Two years ago I was diagnosed with Intermittent
Claudication in my left calf due hardening of my femoral artery
in my eighty third year.
Since that time I been work out our local
YMCA every other day. I now do a mile on the treadmill at 3 mph
with having to stop.
Lately I've noticed a tingling just above
my left ankle, whernlieing down watching TV. Skin looks perfectly
normal with no indication of irritation.
I take a multi vitamin plus an aspirin each
day.
Breakfast is oatmeal, raisins and a table
spoon of peanut butter. Lunch frozen spinach, peas, crushed garlic
and 2 koz of sardines. followed buy peanut butter and blueberry
jam on Ezicial bread.
Dinner is Fish, plus vegetables
I am very active.most people think I'm in
my early sixties. Weigh 175 lbs, ht 70 inches, B.P 142/78
Should I be asking for an angioplast to remove
obstruction in my left femoral artery to stop tingling?
I have regular medical check ups.

IV Chelation or Oral Chelation
might help. I have oral chelation that's comprised of herbs,
EDTA, and various other nutrients that I use for patients in
my office. This would be an option rather than angioplasty.
Email me I can help you get the program if you want.
